In-Network Insurance Plans: After client has met the plan’s deductible, then co-pay or co-insurance applies.

Flora, Carla, Veronica, Maribel accept: BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United, Oxford, Oscar, HSA Cards, and Private Pay.

Abby, Dr. Regine, Erica, Sofia, Sara, Shlomit, David accept Aetna, HSA Cards, and Private Pay.

Out-of-Network Plans: Listed fees apply. We provide a monthly “Super Bill” which you can seek reimbursement from  to your insurance company.

*We do not participate in Magellan, (some BCBS use this payor).

Clients who are not using their insurance benefits or are private pay receive a Good Faith Estimate
