Hi there! I’m Sara Aguilar, M.Ed., LPC, and I offer virtual individual counseling across Texas.
Life can be beautiful, but it can also be heavy. Sometimes, in trying to keep up with everything and everyone, we lose touch with ourselves. We start to feel anxious, down, or disconnected—and maybe we forget what joy even feels like. My goal is to help you find your way back to yourself and to the life you want to live.
I work with people who are ready to face anxiety, depression, or self-doubt head-on and take back their peace. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, breathe, and simply be you. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing you down, build coping tools that actually fit your life, and rediscover your strength and confidence.
I’ve seen some of the darkest parts of the world, and that’s what drives me to help others create and nurture their own light. I truly believe there’s always room for healing, growth, and joy—no matter what you’ve been through. My hope is simple: that our work together helps you smile again. The world can be difficult, but therapy doesn’t have to be.
Whether you prefer sessions in English or Spanish, I’d be honored to walk beside you on this journey—un día a la vez, one day at a time.
