    Professional Supervision

I am committed to providing a supportive, enriching supervision experience that fosters professional growth and clinical competence. My approach is grounded in collaboration, offering Supervisees a safe space to explore case conceptualization, develop ethical decision-making skills, and refine therapeutic techniques. Together, we will focus on building a strong foundation for your counseling career, ensuring you feel confident in your role as a mental health professional while maintaining adherence to professional standards and best practices.

         Maribel Faucett LPC-S, RPT-S

    Licensed Professional Counselor Associates

At this time, we are considering LPC-A’s who want to work with Minds In Action Counseling. You must have a transition mindset to private practice, preferably coming from a school, rehab, hospital, or non-profit setting to sustain the uncertainty and speed of building a full private-practice caseload. We have available spots for candidates who work with children and teens, have an interest in or experience with Play Therapy, and are bilingual.

    Registered Play-Therapists

Maribel is experienced in using Child-Centered Play Therapy and Humanistic Sand Tray Therapy. She has treated thousands of children over the years with presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, cognitive delays, behavioral problems, attachment issues, divorce reaction, ADHD, grief, trauma and more. Due to her strong belief in the use of Play Therapy to help children and their families, she volunteered her time in the Rio Grande Valley Chapter of The Texas Play Therapy Association as a Board Member and President.
