Find clarity, feel more grounded, and create meaningful change

Life is a continuous process of becoming, yet it’s easy to feel a disconnect between where you are and where you truly want to be. If you find yourself overwhelmed by intense emotions, feeling stuck, or constantly questioning your worth, please know that your feelings are valid, and you deserve a space to process them!

Taking the step to start therapy can feel daunting, especially if you are used to putting others first or worrying about "taking up space." In our sessions, I focus on creating a warm, grounded environment where you can safely explore what you are carrying. Together, we will work toward greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and clarity on where you want to go next.

My approach is collaborative and rooted in cultural humility and trauma-informed care. I aim tohelp you connect with your innate strengths while recognizing how past experiences, background, and environment shape your life today.

    How We Can Work Together

Individual Counseling: A compassionate, personalized space focused on building a genuine therapeutic relationship. We will work at your pace to cultivate congruence, self-compassion, unpack life transitions, and develop practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, or low mood.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Support: Whether you have navigated neurodivergent traits your whole life or are navigating a new diagnosis (such as ADHD or Autism), therapy isn't just about managing symptoms. We can work on building a positive self-concept, navigating relationships, unlearning masking, and discovering what works best for your unique brain.

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) & Parenting: Raising children often brings up unexpected challenges. CPRT is a structured, evidence-based 10-session program that equips you with play-based communication skills to strengthen your bond with your child and handle behavioral challenges with confidence. I also support clients navigating new parenthood and identity shifts within a relationship after having children.

Expressive & Experiential Approaches: When traditional talk therapy feels limited, we can use creative and experiential techniques to help process deeper anxiety, attachment patterns, and trauma gently and effectively.

    A Little About Me

While my academic training gave me the foundational tools for my practice, my lived experience as an immigrant parent of two young children is what truly refined them. Navigating these overlapping worlds has given me a deep appreciation for the mental load of adulthood, especially that constant feeling of being pulled in a dozen directions at once. In our sessions, I offer a warm, grounded environment where you can drop the pressure to have it all figured out and focus on what you need to feel supported.
