    Erica is an LPC-Associate providing telehealth services in Texas. She is supervised by Maribel Corona M.Ed., LPC-S and Alice Payne Heath LPC-S, RPT-S. She specializes in working with those who are living with anxiety, depression, and PTSD or would like support with issues related to dissociation, relational concerns, grief, transitional changes, women’s issues, communication, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

    At the core of her practice lies a holistic understanding of the connection between the mind and body. She is committed to working collaboratively with her clients and viewing their well-being through this comprehensive lens. She utilizes an eclectic approach drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to meet unique needs. She has experience using Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Feminist Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic-based techniques.

    Erica was born and raised in El Paso Texas but has spent many years in Houston Texas. She has experience as an educator and academic coach which has pushed her to be adaptable and support people from all walks of life.
