On the outside, you look like you have things together—showing up, managing responsibilities, and doing what’s expected. Internally, you might feel disconnected, overextended, or unsure of who you really are, experiencing high-functioning anxiety, depression, or a sense of hopelessness. Life can start to feel misaligned, like the way you’re moving through the world doesn’t fully reflect your sense of Self. Together, we look beneath the surface—at the thoughts, body responses, and patterns keeping you stuck—to bridge the gap between who you are and how you show up in the world.
How I Help
Existential, Narrative & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Drawing from these approaches, I support the exploration of identity and meaning through values- and strengths-based lenses, with a focus on developing psychological flexibility and providing practical tools for meaningful change. We also explore internalized stories about who you’re “supposed” to be and how they shape your sense of identity, while fostering a more compassionate relationship with yourself and your personal growth.
Reality Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We focus on increasing awareness of your thoughts, feelings, choices, and behaviors, and how they influence the direction of your life. Together, we explore patterns that may no longer align with your values, needs, or sense of autonomy, along with your “quality world”—your personal vision of what feels meaningful in relationships and life. This work emphasizes self-awareness, personal responsibility, and intentional living.
Integrative Therapy (EMDR, Biofeedback & Enneagram): I take a depth-oriented, reflective approach that views each person as human first, beyond labels and limiting definitions. I integrate psychoeducation and nervous system regulation to help you see symptoms as adaptive survival responses. EMDR supports processing trauma stored in the body, while biofeedback builds real-time awareness and regulation. The Enneagram can help you gain a deeper understanding of why you are who you are by exploring core motivations, fears, identity patterns, relational dynamics, conflict styles, and early childhood experiences.
