Marriage is hard, divorce is harder!

Are you having difficulties communicating and understanding each other? Are you stuck, arguing over the same issues without end, while the respect and admiration is in decline? Maybe you’re in a good relationship and want to safeguard your love against the challenges which come with marriage, children, in-laws and work? Research shows that on average, couples wait six years from the first sign of problems before they seek help. That’s like waiting six years being ill without seeking treatment. Please don’t wait until your relationship is falling apart!

    Who should not attend?

Psycho-educational classes are not appropriate for all couples, including those with severe relationship distress, significant emotional abuse, serious emotional or mental health problems, relationships where one or both partners are actively addicted to drugs or alcohol and relationships with serious compulsive behaviors with gambling, sexual acting out, and other disruptive behaviors.

How do I prepare for the Seminar?

To make the most of this experience, please ensure you’re in a quiet, distraction-free environment where you and your partner can focus on each other—think of it as a 6-hour date!

We encourage you to stay home during the lunch break, so plan ahead by prepping your meal and snacks in advance. It’s a great opportunity to connect and reflect on what you’ve learned so far.

For everyone’s benefit, please arrange ahead of time for childcare, pet care, and to pause any work-related obligations, so you can fully participate and respect the experience of all attending couples.

Privacy and presence make all the difference!

No, sharing personal problems or issues publicly is not part of the class. Couples exercises are conducted privately, ensuring your confidentiality.

What if we haven't read the "7 Principles" book?

Absolutely! The class lectures comprehensively cover the content.  You may choose to read the book at your own pace.

Do we have to speak or have the camera on?

No. There will be some class participation but you are not required to take part.  Your comfort and preferences are respected.  We encourage the use of your camera to make it more engaging with participants and instructor, however it is not a requirement.
