    About Me

Hi! I’m a bilingual LPC-Associate offering individual counseling in person and through Telehealth. I work with teens and adults and am supervised by Maribel Faucett, LPC-S. I use a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach to help my clients navigate their struggles.

Coming from a Hispanic culture, I understand the background and adversities that many Hispanic individuals may face. My motto is, “no estás solo(a), aquí estoy yo para apoyarte!” I believe therapy should be a safe space where clients can express their feelings and feel heard. I encourage my clients to take ownership of their therapy journey.

I believe that with dedication and hard work, meaningful and lasting change is possible. I am passionate about helping clients build self-esteem, work through complex trauma and stress, set healthy boundaries, and develop self-acceptance. Ultimately, I strive to help clients gain self-reflection, confidence, and a sense of empowerment.
