Whether your child is anxious, acting out, shutting down, or carrying something heavy from home or school, you want more than a generic approach. You want a therapist who understands kids — one who creates a space where your child feels safe, seen, and capable of growing.
That’s exactly what I do.
How I Help
Play Therapy (Child-Centered): I use this to meet children where they are, using play — their natural language — to help them express emotions, build self-esteem, and develop the coping skills they need to navigate life. Play therapy creates meaningful change without requiring a child to “talk it out” on command.
Adlerian Play Therapy: This approach is great for helping children understand their place in the world and build a healthy sense of belonging, significance, and contribution — especially useful for children struggling with behavioral challenges or low self-worth.
Holistic & Collaborative Care: I use this framework to work closely with parents, teachers, and school staff so that the support your child receives in therapy extends into every part of their life — academic, social, and emotional.
