Sofia is a senior at The University of Texas at Dallas, double majoring in Psychology and Child Development. She’s passionate about supporting kids as they grow and hopes to pursue graduate studies in Pediatric Occupational Therapy.

At Minds in Action Counseling, Sofia is a Biosound Therapy Technician. She helps clients relax and manage stress through sound therapy and guided relaxation. She also helps with administrative work and brings creativity, care, and strong customer service skills to the team. Sofia is bilingual in English and Spanish and loves creating warm, welcoming spaces for everyone she works with.

She likes crafting, crocheting, or hanging out with her two cats and loved ones in her free time.
